We recommend booking online in advance to guarantee your spot, but walk-ins are welcome subject to table availability. For groups of 6 or more, please call the studio or fill out our booking request form.

Yes, we require a small deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount depends on the type of booking and will be confirmed when you book. Your deposit will be deducted from your total bill on the day you visit us.

Daytime painting sessions are 2 hours, which gives you plenty of time to create something wonderful! Our evening adults-only sessions are 3 hours. Baby print sessions are 1 hour.

We need at least 48 hours notice to reschedule your booking so we can offer your table to other customers. Your booking fee can be transferred to your new date (no refunds on deposits, but they can be moved). Baby print sessions can be rescheduled within 24 hours due to unpredictable little ones!

The studio fee covers all our paints, glazes, tools, and kiln firing - everything you need to create your masterpiece!

Only pottery purchased at Doodle Pots can be painted and fired in our kiln. This ensures safety and quality for everyone's pieces.

You pay a deposit when booking online, then the balance when your session is complete. Easy peasy!

We aim to glaze and fire your pottery within 7-14 days. Items with custom Doodle Pots artwork take 2-4 weeks depending on our artwork queue. We'll contact you as soon as they're ready!

While we work hard to meet timelines, we can't guarantee exact dates due to kiln space, firing issues, or team illness. We'll always keep you updated if there are any delays.

Please collect within 12 weeks of notification. If you can't make it to the studio, we can post items to you for £10-£25 depending on size and weight.

Absolutely! Pottery painting is for all ages. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and our insurance requires supervision at all times.

We allow up to 2 non-painters per booking, though we may not have seating for them during busy times.

Yes! Our studio welcomes friendly dogs and assistance dogs. We can even provide them with a drink and lots of fusses (if they're up for it!).

Our experienced team will guide you through creating hand and footprint pottery. We advise against light colours as they may be too pale to see clearly. Remember, we can't guarantee "perfect" prints - we work with your baby's temperament and the time available!

All items are hand wash only. Don't leave them soaking, and avoid dishwashers and microwaves. Handle with care and they'll last longer!

Crazing is common with earthenware pottery over time - it's just part of the natural aging process and we can't guarantee against it.

While we take great care, pottery is handmade and firing can sometimes cause unexpected issues. We'll always let you know about any problems and work with you to find a solution, whether that's repainting, a voucher, or partial refund.

We charge £10 hire fee plus a £30 refundable deposit. Paint at home with our materials, then return for firing. Your deposit comes back once we've checked everything is in good condition!

Yes! We love parties. For children's birthdays, hen dos, baby showers, and corporate events, call us or fill out our booking form. We require a £50 deposit for party bookings and need 72 hours notice for cancellations.
